More than likely you have stumbled upon this website seeking information. Perhaps you saw Hursttown’s white clapboard building nestled among the trees a short distance off highway 135. By whatever means you got here, we are happy that you have found us. No matter where you are on your Journey in Life, there’s a place for you at Hursttown.

What do I wear to church?

Some people dress up on Sundays but others come wearing blue jeans. It does not matter to us what you wear. What matters is the fact you are there. At Hursttown we want you to feel comfortable. It is our desire that anyone arriving at our church be greeted and made to feel welcome.

What type of music do you sing?

Hursttown currently uses a blend of contemporary music, often intermingled with traditional. Music is a powerful form of expression and it also can convey great emotions and feelings.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. (Colossians 3:16)
